Tuesday, February 28, 2017 - 50th Birthday Celebration Dinner with Wine (Hughes House - Chicago IL): In fun 1967 flight with mushroom soup, all opened 15-20 minutes before serving. Charming aromatic start with licorice and fully mature red cherry, followed by similar and good flavors. Dropped off precipitously within 10 minutes in glass. Not a group favorite.
