Sunday, May 3, 2015 - sunday sausage dinner (sauerkraut with apples / mashed potatoes). Shoudl have decanted. This was a lot better after open for 2 hours. Nose was closed but opened. Color was deepish red. On palate wonderful elegant fruit, didnt get the tartness. It was red fruit, strawberry/cherry combo. Drink now.
