Wednesday, April 5, 2017 - Last bottle, very rich pineapple and baked orchard fruits. Struck match notes with a savoury mineral mid-palate. Velvety and rich, while retaining vibrancy. There is some freshness lost from softening acidity, but the finish is delicious and lingering. Drink up and enjoy.
