Saturday, September 10, 2022 - really classy and did not have time to think critically as I was prepping and cooking but very lucid and sunshiny fruits with bold entry and then fans out to a palate cleansing finish that encourages another sip. Disappeared too quickly.

This was stored well and seems to be at some sort of peak. I assume it could have another 5+ years.
