Saturday, December 3, 2022 - Seventeenth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Hughes House - Chicago IL): In 12/08/07 vertical. Superb energy and concentration, still wonderfully fresh and vibrant through to its very long finish. While the 2008 vintage was better than 2007 for their first decade, this vintage is now the rockstar, and most likely has even further upside from here.
