Sunday, September 19, 2010 - Mistral French Bistro Dinner with Allen Meadows (Vancouver, BC): Pronounced nose of warm citrus fruits, minerality and smoky oak. Similar flavours with a lengthy and fresh finish. Round in the mouth yet maintains precision and focus. Medium body and acidity. Drinking well in its youth but requires 5 years to hit its stride. Excellent. 91+
