Friday, February 18, 2011 - A good representation of white burgundy, although I had higher expectations for the wine. The 2006 was incredibly complex and had a flavor profile running from apples to bananas (yes, I did say bananas!). The 2007 was far more closed, and perhaps it will open up over time. That said, good bright citrus notes with nice minerality. One person drinking the wine said it tasted of the barrel, although I didn't feel the same way. 3 more bottles left, and I am hoping that I am more impressed with the other 3.
