Monday, February 21, 2011 - Very light yellow. Wispy tropical fruit and citrus. Fairly light but excellent purity, a touch of wood, excellent acidity and chalky finish. Not a powerful or concentrated Grand Cru by a long shot, but finesseful and very refined. Of course, it should never have been broached at this tender age in the first place.
