Monday, January 7, 2013 - Really light lemon yellow, lemony and fresh with some seashell/mineral notes. Very fresh, more citrus and just a hint of vanilla, fresh nuts and stone. This is simply too young to drink, although still very very enjoyable it hasn't reached any real degree of secondary aroma/flavour. So imo not worth opening yet, just drink an older vintage or lesser 07... Will give the remaining bottles at least 2 yrs before i try again, that's the real pleasure in cellaring en primeur purchases...
