Friday, September 8, 2017 - Super aromatic, but elegant and classy. Great aromatics of tonic notes, stony minerality, white flowers, spearmint, some honey, a touch of butter, citrus, almost saline. It has medium-full body, oily viscosity but light on its feet, high acidity providing superb freshness and tension. Excellent length with plenty of minerality. A superbly aged Corton-Charlemagne that is super fascinating to taste now.
