Thursday, November 22, 2018 - Full straw color; very clean and stony; citrus pith and gravel; viscous texture with loads of dry extract and acid, almost sternly austere. Others liked it more than I. These folks and Henri Boillot epitomize this style but is not what I find most pleasurable in white burgundy.
