Thursday, August 29, 2019 - Lieu-dit Cru "Blind White" Dinner Comparing 2007 and 2008 White Burgundy (S.K.Y. Restaurant - Chicago IL): Served double blind to the group, single blind for me. Floral and spice-driven aromatic start. Dense, brawny and powerful orchard fruit throughout with very good length. Charming now, with upside. Consensus wine of the flight.
