Thursday, August 29, 2019 - Lieu-dit Cur Blind White Dinner (S.K.Y.): Double blind 07/08 Martray/Bouchard C-C. My favorite of the four. Huge intense and broad aromatics with ripe apple, herb and florals. Palate is smooth and rich with excellent density. Well-balanced with zippy acidity and lift.
