Sunday, September 15, 2019 - Very tight upon opening, nose is clean, precise but not ample. Complexity appeared after a few hours opening. Great lift and poise in the palate which is somewhat constrained but the matter is there, tightly coiled. Still driven by acidity, thus should develop into something special in a few years. Should have been decanted for a few hours. Wait...
