Monday, January 20, 2020 - 3rd of 12, opened 30 minutes, perfect cork and level, putting on a little weight since Feb 19 bottle hence upgrade, but still a bit too lean and mean, needs a bit of 05 body to compensate, but no denying attractions of underlying flavour profile, probably just needs a little more time. Currently F (17.5).
