Sunday, March 29, 2020 - Having checked in on most of my 07 white Burgundies, with a fair number of premox bottle, I decided to open a bottle of Bonneau du Martray C-C, even though looking at the notes here, they do not seem to have major premox issue anymore in 07. A really young pale yellow In the glass, this needs about 20 min of air to find its balance. Precisely delineated white fruit with citrus notes, good weight, a pleasure to drink now but will certainly last for another 15 years. If all aged white Burgundy was like this... great wine
