Sunday, May 31, 2020 - Popped and poured. This is singing. Lovely classic nose of white flowers and orchard fruits. The palate is very pure and youthful with still a lot of lift and energy. Well integrated with flavors of pear, lemon and crushed rocks. This can surely age quite a bit further if you want to risk it. I have seen some premox in the case of this I have been working through but not much yet.
