Thursday, December 10, 2020 - Dense and honeyed texture, but palate expression is very dry (Indice 2) with great cut. Slate, citrus and peach, zest and pit, with saline tones emerging on day two. Prototypical, classic, pure. Great wine. Z-H isn’t always consistent, but the highs are very high indeed.
