Tuesday, February 16, 2016 - Decanted at the Prime Rib. What a beautiful CA wine, a sumptuous earthy bouquet that floats a few inches from the glass. On the palate a harmonious blend of fruit, faint tannins (yes, tannins!), and acid. Many secondary flavors too hard to describe after the fact. Nice complexity. Sadly my last bottle.
