Thursday, February 1, 2024 - Consumed over Rack of lamb dinner while skiing. Over 1 week ago, divided 5 ways so limited report.
Not decanted, but opened and sat, and aerated during pour.
Certainly still full of fruit - not an old wine yet, at 17+ years old.
Note my bottle reside in a real, Northeast, cellar. Not temperature controlled, but mostly subterranean.
Fairly typical CDP, both red and dark fruit, very subtle tannin, minimal sediment, good though not strong acidity (remaining).
Sorry for abbreviated notes.
