Sunday, December 5, 2010 - Bright straw color. Aromas of sea breeze, underripe pineapple, and lemon. The palate shows some hints of almond, lemon, resin, and a long finish with a strong mineral note. On day two the mineral note amplifies and this shows like a chablis with gunflint and mineral notes. A radical change from past notes and may evolve if it can avoid oxidation, but time to drink, for me. Drink.
