Saturday, December 17, 2011 - Medium yellow color, starting to deepen. Aromas of vanilla, pear, apple, and butterscotch. Butterscotch, apple, and poached pear on the palate carry into a medium finish. This is on the back end of its prime drinking window for my tastes. Drink.
