Sunday, May 31, 2015 - A private lunch (Restaurant In de Wulf *, Dranouter, Belgium): Fresh and yeasty, slightly lactic, hint of funk, sweet strawberries, spices, bright, refreshing, crisp, light and juicy (8% ABV), estery raspberry fruit, delicately sweet, lively mousse, good length. Uncomplcated but really charming and attractive.
