Wednesday, September 15, 2021 - A Good Tuesday, Vol. VI: Italians (Benanti, Calafe, Produttori, Cornelissen, D&R, Quintarelli...: 2nd not great bottle of this in the last 2 years. I don't think these bottles were sound before they got to me. Muted. Tired. Non-desript, not showing Nebbiolo at all.

9/17/2021 12:58:00 PM - I'm thinking I've had two compromised bottles, so I can't really say. I would stand up for a day or two and maybe just open a bit in advance and then consider decanting after getting a read on it.
