Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Saturday Blind Tasting - Bordeaux '03 and Older (Chevalier Fine Wines): Blind. Served in a 86 horizontal. Riper and pruney aromatics. Polished, bright fruit with good freshness, but a bit thin and simple. My least favorite of the flight.
