Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - Touche de pétrole mais très noble, la texture riche sans excès me charme pas mal, acidité un peu en retrait mais il y en a encore, belle longueur, très bon mais trop cher au prix d’aujourd’hui.

Touch of petroleum but more on the noble and classy side, texture is great and charming, rich yet some acidity still, very good but way too expensive today.
