Saturday, November 7, 2020 - Deep orange gold. Apricot, caramel, marmalade, baked apple, apple skin, sweet spices. Pretty complex. Not that heavy, which makes it rather easy to drink. Good length. The marmalade is quite prominent on the finish, and the bitterness of the marmalade makes a nice counterpoint to the sweetness. Drink this very cold. Very good by itself, and excellent with foie gras.
