Monday, August 31, 2009 - Yamhill-Carlton District AVA tasting at The Portland Armory: This seemed to pass me by without noticing. Nose shows oak, but very light red fruits. Gritty tannins on the mid-palate with some fun-dip, and a bit grating. Similar on the finish.
