Friday, October 1, 2010 - Opened the bottle 2 hours before heading to dinner @ Lorena's. I don't drink CdP too frequently, this Paul A was extremely tasty delivering candy apple fruit, hint of old oak, yet very vibrant, all delivered in a silky smooth rich medium body texture. While it is drinking well now, it has all the elements for cellaring and extradordinary drinking 10 years from now.
