Sunday, January 2, 2011 - Paired with a Chianina beef bistecca, kale with garlic and anchovies and sauteed potatoes. What could be better? Lovely, mouthfilling texture. Taste of dark fruits - blackberries, mulberries?, spice. Opened up beautifully in the glass. Long finish. Very more-ish.
