Sunday, April 19, 2015 - Pnp. Cork perfect. Color ruby. Nose shows 5 spice cola. Swishing shows slippey mouthfeel, plush secondary fruit accompanies the acid structure and the tannin turns just a little stemmy on the finish. Sipping actually shows more tartness with cherry and cola beaming thru. Finish lasts almost a minute and sometimes catch some mint notes. I will be drinking my last bottle soon. No upside to waiting although I have been saying that now for 2+ yrs 😊
