pnp. cork perfect. color garnet with browning edges. nose shows some heat and dried fruit and spices. swishing shows acid and dense tannins that are rough on the finish. sipping shows a bit of vegetal quality, but is smooth and spicy and the secondary fruit mostly covers the structure. . very good but a little tired maybe.

Pnp. Cork perfect. Color ruby. Nose shows 5 spice cola. Swishing shows slippey mouthfeel, plush secondary fruit accompanies the acid structure and the tannin turns just a little stemmy on the finish. Sipping actually shows more tartness with cherry and cola beaming thru. Finish lasts almost a minute and sometimes catch some mint notes. I will be drinking my last bottle soon. No upside to waiting although I have been saying that now for 2+ yrs 😊

PNP. From magnum. Color ruby. Nose and palate showing mostly secondary flavors. Super smooth and delicious. Ready to go and I don't see an upside to waiting. Drink it I think.

The fruit in this wine is still holding on well, mixed with that Oregon Pinot funk with a deepness brought on by it's age. Worked perfectly with the stuffed mushrooms we had. On it's own it was slightly boring. With age this wine has developed enough deepness and earthiness it stands up to food really well.

Popped and poured, but drank over a 4 hour period. Very dark ruby in color. Fantastic black & red fruits & earth on the nose. Fantastic palate of black raspberry, blackberry maybe with a hint of plum. Nice acidty and balance. Drinking very well now. Really enjoyed this and sorry that I only had this one.

This wine is absolutely terrific. I bought several bottles on winebid and am down to 3. Drank tonight with asparagus soup, salmon, spinach and some light pasta. This wine has a terrific berry nose, consistent taste through finish and a consistent velvet swish. This and the Bergstrom are my favorite pinot's.

Seattle Tasting Group does Pinot (Seattle, WA): Charcoal and stem, lots of stem. Wow, this is lush with lots of minerality and earth. This was a controversial wine, but I liked it more than others.

A darker Oregonian fruit profile. Lacking the build to completely balance the bold, spicy fruit. Enjoyable and quite youthful.
