Sunday, March 1, 2009 - The fruit in this wine is still holding on well, mixed with that Oregon Pinot funk with a deepness brought on by it's age. Worked perfectly with the stuffed mushrooms we had. On it's own it was slightly boring. With age this wine has developed enough deepness and earthiness it stands up to food really well.
