Thursday, December 25, 2014 - The wine was absolutely at its peak despite the fact it was supposed to have been over the hill a year or two ago. The wine was still a deep ruby color though the wine had thrown off considerable sediment. Raspberry? Clove? Not exactly, but I was too astonished by how wonderful this wine was drinking. I have one last bottle in the cellar, but it now has a high bar to reach.
