Friday, March 11, 2016 - Well, waiting has paid off. The wine is really singing now and it's time to drink. This Spring Mountain beauty is pleasurable just looking at it: dark garnet. The nose has a perfume of flowers (jasmine or plumeria). But then drink - tannins are soft but not weak. Acidity is pleasant. And the taste is jammy dark fruit with a leather and pepper finish. Well made.
