Friday, May 15, 2020 - I've been sitting on this for almost eleven years and decided to see what it has going for it. Took a very long time to get anything from the nose, but the wait is worth it. Getting some dried strawberries and a bot of coffee grounds. The palate is a little harsh, giving off some cranberries and some peppers and also agree with others of exotic spices. Overall it is quite nice, certainly would qualify as an excellent quality wine, but the slight bitterness prevents this from getting a higher score than 91 at this time.
