Wednesday, September 14, 2011 - Interesting Rhone varietal commonly used in blends. If you want to try something very different from chard, sauv blanc, or pin gri---try this. Did not think, as mentioned by other reviewers, that this was too sweet. Served lightly chilled, paired tonight with a salad. Crisp, balanced food wine.
