Tuesday, June 9, 2020 - From Coravin. Aromas of Turkish delight over lychee, slight herbaceous notes, caramel/toffee, biscuit, a touch of honey and very slightly earthy notes which become more noticeable with time where as the Turkish delight and lychee fade. In the mouth it's juicy, fresh, biscuit, honey, lychee, sweet spice, still textured on the mid palate. Beautifully balanced. No fade on the palate. Long finish. Glorious.
