Tuesday, June 13, 2023 - Bottle no. 00001. Gorgeous in every way. Aromas of mature black cherry accented by earth, mushroom, spice and toasted herb. Rich, concentrated palate that is in perfect harmony. Still in the first half of what should be a nice long drinking window.
