Saturday, January 23, 2021 - This was fresher than my previous bottle, but still failed to live up to expectations; it seemed to be in a liminal phase that neither offered the freshness of youth nor the richness and complexity of maturity. It did show some tertiary development, with notes of ginger and honey, and was very drinkable, but offered no real excitement.
