Sunday, December 22, 2019 - Dark, black-plum red. Still looks youthful. Rich christmas pudding fruit: prunes and currants, a little liquorice, soft leather, a bouquet of herbs and spices, over all some sweet tomato paste, prickle of pepper. Medium full-bodied. Softening tannins, some acidity. Good length.
