Friday, January 20, 2012 - A lovely wine, tonight expressing tons of the typical rustic, garrigue, herbs, stable, dark mature fruit, morellos and kirsch liquour. The texture of the wine is impressive as is the integration of the different components. It is certainly a very appealing and nice effort. Tonight the sense of heat experienced from earlier tastings was much less present, probably due to serving at lower temperature. (score is 93-94)
