Friday, April 8, 2016 - Excellent, 13.5% alc.
Colour: blackberry, dark chocolate, coffee
Bouquet: subtle blend of blackberry, coffee, mint, dark chocolate, a touch of French oak character coconut and spice
Palate: intense fruit, at the same time subtle, nuanced, big but soft tannins and incredibly balanced. Rich and full flavoured, similar flavours to bouquet, especially coffee and chocolate with plums, some licorice, complex, long clean finish.
