Sunday, February 9, 2020 - Fully mature, with a distinctive barnyardy flavour which may be from a heavy dose of brettanomyces. Initially it just tasted unusual, but in due course it became unpleasant. If I had to mark it, I would struggle to give it 79. I will give it the benefit of the doubt and put it down as flawed, hoping that my other bottle is not similarly affected.
