Tuesday, December 7, 2021 - Quite closed, even with 3 hours of decanting. Very pure fruits but still hiding behind a wall of structure and acidity. Did not get much tertiary flavors like smoke or meat, it was mostly red fruit and plum. Gorgeous nose though, this really needs a lot more time in the bottle, try in another 7-10 years.
