Saturday, November 17, 2018 - Nose is so expressive and concentrated. Hints of buttered popcorn and seasame give way to golden raisins and figs galore. Palate is amazingly tropical with kiwi, papaya and ripe pineapple. Acidity is beautiful and cuts perfectly through the sweetness. So perfectly balanced, I can’t stop drinking this. Don’t pair with anything—it is a perfect dessert on its own.
