Saturday, June 10, 2006 - Pale yellow color with ultra fine beeds (5/5). Very generous on the nose with a sophisticated bouquet of tropical fruits, citrus, cream, caramel, coffee and butter (14/15). On the palate the wine is rich and creamy with flavors nuanced by the bouquet. The ultra fine beeds fills your mouth with ease and lays out a red carpet of creamy flavors, such as lemon oil, pineapple, toffee, cream and white chocolate (18/20). An overall excellent effort by Bbollinger that deserves to be placed among the top 20 of this vintage. (8/10) 95 pts
