Monday, June 11, 2018 - A private dinner hosted by Chris Janselijn, Mattijs Koornneef & Midas van der Meiden (Restaurant The Lobby Fizeaustraat, Hotel V, Amsterdam, NL): Magnum. Fragrant, silky, floral and spicy, supple and energetic, fresh, nervous, depth and freshness, forest floor, grippy tannins, a fine wine, but it does not really deliver the exquisite finesse which Amoureuses is capable of.
