Tuesday, September 7, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours. Served blind, I guessed 98 Gevrey. Shows some age on the nose, with mature red cherry and a bit of VA. Lovely core of pure fruit, lively and not four square like many 06s. My favorite wine of the flight.
