Monday, December 25, 2023 - Beautiful aged Riesling purchased ex-cellar last year. A better more complete bottle than before. Really nice. Almost more Spatlese in style a la Merkelbach. Lovely fruit and killer nose. Enjoyed with fried Chinese turkey. Chef's kiss. Loved it.
